Gorton's Review and Giveaway 5 Winners

 

This is a fabulous recipe. This one is healthy, easy and basically no mess. Perfect for the wife/mom who wants to feed her family healthy meals but doesn't have a lot of time to cook and clean.

Grilled Fillet Complete Meal in a Foil Pouch

• Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 Gorton's All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets
1-1/3 cup frozen vegetable mix
2/3 cup instant rice
2 Tbsp white wine (optional)
2/3 cup water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F, tear 2 - 1 foot sheets heavy duty foil, lace 1/3 cup rice in center of each sheet, followed by Gorton's All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets and 2/3 cup vegetable mix.
2. Combine white wine, water, bring 4 corners of foil towards center and pour half of wine mixture into each pouch.
3. Fold edges over, forming pouch, place on baking sheet, bake 25-30 minutes, let stand 2-3 minutes and enjoy
